Whew ok so that meetin' hubs' had today went better than what everyone thought it was goin' to. They didn't lay off anyone which was GREAT! They said they don't look to be layin' off ppl anytime soon but with the ever worsenin' economy it could happen further down the road. Who knows what the future holds a month or so down the road right?! They mainly just went over no more overtime, for them to watch their hours, watch how much they are spendin', & threw around some ideas to help better their situation that would benefit all the employees. Hubs' says he's super relieved for a bit & to be honest so am I! I did a gooberfied thing lastnight. I bit a lil over halfway into my tounge. Won't go into details on how I did cause I feel dumb enough lol. So needless to say I am on a liquid & soft food diet for 4days to give it some time to heal up...oh joy NOT! Hubs was a sweetie though tonight & made his yummy strawberry cheesecake & it was soft enough I could eat it...not like I really need it though. So I joined cafemom.com a few days ago & I must say I am likin' it so far. I did a scrap for the newbie challenge in one of the groups I joined. It is kinda like a gettin' to know you type of thing.
