♥Things Are REALLY Lookin' Up...

Ok so as of today the house payments are officially caught up 100% plus a month :D...talk about a HUGE load off our backs! In other happy news the internet will be turned on next week on Wednesday YAY I can hear the dust fallin' off my photoshop as we speak hehe! So I guess I really need to knuckle down & decide on a site name & where exactly I plan on openin' up the new site! The kiddies enjoyed the puppy chow I made today well not so much Victoria as she isn't a huge chocolate buff a few peices make her happy lol now Dylon really enjoyed it along with his daddy! Made some BBQ chicken, tater salad, & rolls for supper tonight & it all was just delish, but of course I made it haha! So now just countin' down the days until the internet gets turned on so I can get back to my other passion :)!

♥Recipe: Puppy Chow...

Puppy Chow...Monkey Munch...Muddy Buddies whatever the name you have for it it's still YUMMY :)!

Ingredients:

1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup Margarine or Butter

1/2 cup Peanut Butter

2 cups Confectioners Sugar

1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

9 cups Chex Cereal (whatever you prefer I use the all Bran)

Pour Chex cereal into a large bowl & set aside.In a small microwaveable bowl add the butter, chocolate chips, & peanut butter. Heat until melted stirring every 1 minute.Once melted add the vanilla extract & stir.
Pour mixture onto Chex cereal & mix until well coated.
Add confectioners sugar & coated cereal to a 1 gallon bag & shake until evenly coated.Spread mixture onto wax paper & allow to cool completely.

Store in a cool dry place & ENJOY!

♥Nightmares & Other Things...

So the nightmares from my so called "childhood" are back ugh I really do HATE this time of year...it's always Summer & the winter holidays when they are at their worst :(! I hate wakin' up not bein' able to half breathe & so scared that I have to go check on my babies that very second! A few of ya'll who REALLY know me know what they are caused from. It's not nice & I wish every day that I will never have to have another "reminder" of the past. They vary greatly but are still nonetheless extremely terrifying(sp). Come on Fall get here FAST cause you seem to make them go away! Hopefully one day I won't have to deal with these & I will be able to relax & enjoy life more. I'm just so paranoid that if my babies aren't around me 24-7 somethin' bad will happen to them because of things that happened in my past. I hope when they are old enough to know that they really do understand why their mommy is a nut case!

Ok onto a different note:
We didn't get to grill yesterday cause hubs slept pretty much all day, didn't get the yard mowed, or the pool put back up grrr! I mean I understand he needed the sleep, but goodness where or when is it MY day to sleep in for once...I'm not complainin' cause I love bein' around my kids but man with my poor health I sure could use some extra sleep from time to time! He STILL has NOT picked a dang internet provider & it's startin' to get on my nerves GRRRR! I really want my photoshop back dang it! I swear it helps me when I get in a funk! Little Miss Victoria decided to dump ALL my expensive bubble baths down the drain YIKES talk about ticked off I had to walk away & count to 10 seriously, but hubs was nice enough to order me some more from that company in France that I just LOVE so much since they were havin' a 40% off sale to celebrate their 50th Anniversary YAY! Can't wait for those to come in ahh bubble bath heaven :) hehe! My sister keeps askin' to take our son for a few days & I keep tellin' her over & over that I don't want him goin' anyplace until we get him evaluated by the right dr seein's how we think he has depression that he more than likely got from me :(. It makes me sad for him, but at least we are tryin' to do somethin' about it & get him the proper help that we denied me growin' up! Just like I was told my pains from my ovaries (we know was cysts pains all along due to PCOS) were all "in my head"! Anyways I seem to be the only one that can handle his "depression fits" as we are callin' them for now so NO I don't want him goin' off from home for now! So all in all today has been just a lazy day as it's been rainin' on & off all day...ahhh how I loves the RAIN :D! Ok need to get off here & go clean up the kitchen from lunch & get ready to start supper in a bit...havin' BBQ shredded beef cheesy sammies with chips & zesty garden pickle mix YUMMY!

♥In Pain & Can't Sleep...

Ok so I'm WIDE awake when I should be SLEEPIN' but I am in aweful pain from my skin condition :(...I tell ya it's almost to the point I just wanna SCREAM at the top of my lungs! As you've probly guessed my prescription card the dermatologist is sendin' STILL hasn't come in yet ugh! The card is to take $15-$20 off my copay :) how sweet is that!? Hubs said prior to leavin' for work tonight that if that card hasn't come in by tomorrow mornin' he's just gonna pick up my script & use that card they are sendin' with the refill cause he's tired of seein' me suffer too! I've been pretty bad depression wise lately :( just in a funk that I can't seem to shake! I miss my photoshop badly it helps a great deal when I'm in a funk like this cause it takes my mind off things! Will have it back as soon as hubs EVER finally decides to pick a dang internet provider GRRR! I am SO tired from not sleepin' well cause of this painful stuff so I'm totally ready for some relief already! Hubs is supposed to have a day off tomorrow so gonna try to get him to the mow the lawn or tend to the kiddies so I can mow it so we can set the pool back up :)! I am thinkin' lime chicken, tater salad, & hot rolls sound REALLY good for supper tomorrow night too maybe followed by some watermellon Mmmmm I can taste it all now lol! Well that wraps it up for me tonight gonna go tinker on Facebook for a few than head off to bed as soon as my movie is over! Watchin' Interview With The Vampire tonight ;)!

♥Recipe: Cheesy Spinach & Bacon Dip...

I found this recipe on the back of a Velveeta Cheese box & just HAD to try it...it turned out FANTASTIC...so here it is:

1lb (half a block) of Velveeta Cheese cut into 1in cubes

half of a package of Philadelphia Cream Cheese cut into 1in cubes

1 can (undrained) RO'TEL diced tomatoes & green chilies

8 slices of Oscar Mayer Fully Cooked Bacon (I used the whole box)

1 10oz package of frozen chopped spinach (drained)

**Combine all ingredients & microwave 6-10mins stirring every 3 minutes (microwaves vary)**

Serve with your favorite tortilla chips & ENJOY!!!!

♥Make Your Own Pizza Night...

Ok so we have started a once a month "make your own pizza night" for supper & the kiddies just LOVE it...they love bein' in the kitchen with mommy & that just thrills me cause ya know I loves to cook :D...here are a few pics from our 1st bash at this:

♥Much Needed Update...

Ok so when I left off here my husband had just been laid off. It was a LONG 9 months but he finally found a NEW & much better job! He had 2 minor "jobs" in between but I wouldn't say they were real jobs since they put us FAR into the hole :/! He got this job the 1st week of January & we are SO happy it came along when it did! We are still slowly workin' on gettin' out of the hole but at least we can breathe a bit now! So let's see we have stopped my chemotherapy meds to TTC our last baby YAY ubber excited about that...the downside to that is my skin condition has flared up with avengence SO the dermatologist has me tryin' some foam pack stuff so hopefully it'll work & than once I have the baby & finish nursin' I can either start these new injectables or go back to the chemo meds! Oh yeah I am now VERY borderline diabetic which I knew was comin' since I have PCOS & I got gestational diabeties BAD while pregnant with Dylon...workin' on managin' my sugars, but so far it's lookin' like I'll be totin' that insulin pen with me soon :(! Dylon celebrated his 4th birthday & Victoria celebrated her 3rd birthday & my goodness they are just growin' like weeds...where oh were does the time go?!?

Thomas & I also celebrated our 8th weddin' anniversary back in May :D...we have been through the fire & back & we are still standin' stronger than ever & I love him more now than the day we said, "I do"! So since our old regular TV & surround sound kicked the bucket on us while hubs was laid off we took some of our tax money & bought ourselves a LONG overdue present :) a 50in flat screen TV & dvd surround sound system:We have taken the kiddies to the Drive-In several times, but we FINALLY took them to their 1st movie in an actual theater & they LOVED it...we seen Iron Man 2!

So all in all I can't complain much these days...just ready for hubs to pick an internet provider so I can get back to my photoshop addiction lol! Gonna try to keep this updated again!
