Puppy Chow...Monkey Munch...Muddy Buddies whatever the name you have for it it's still YUMMY :)!
Ingredients:
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Margarine or Butter
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
2 cups Confectioners Sugar
1 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
9 cups Chex Cereal (whatever you prefer I use the all Bran)
Pour Chex cereal into a large bowl & set aside.
In a small microwaveable bowl add the butter, chocolate chips, & peanut butter. Heat until melted stirring every 1 minute.
Once melted add the vanilla extract & stir.
Pour mixture onto Chex cereal & mix until well coated.
Add confectioners sugar & coated cereal to a 1 gallon bag & shake until evenly coated.
Spread mixture onto wax paper & allow to cool completely.
